RESERVE POLICIES:

A $30 deposit is required to make a reservation and is deducted from the total cost of the service (30+2= 32 if the deposit is made electronically).
Deposits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Things happen... If you need to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 3 days is required to reschedule your appointment and keep the deposit.
Your new appointment must be within 30 days from the date of the change.
To hold your deposit you may only change your appointment once, if you change your appointment more than once, you will be required to pay a new deposit. 
If requested, a text message can be sent to you with your deadline to reschedule your appointment for your records. Deposits will not be held for more than 30 days.
Deposits can be made by Zelle at 347 495 2943, Cash App or an electronic bill can be sent to you through Square so you can pay using your credit or debit card. 
A courtesy message will be sent to remind you of your appointment date and time three days in advance and you will be asked to confirm, but remember that it is your responsibility to keep your appointment date pending.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:


A courtesy waiting period of 15 minutes is offered for our clients, and as a valued client, you should use as little as you can and if so give us advance notice so that we can try to accommodate you as best we can.  Spending this time not only interrupts your service, but it affects the next client's service and that is not fair to them.it also adds unnecessary stress to your Esthetician to finish your service on time. We provide a welcoming and personalized 1 on 1 service to each and every client at all moments which is why taking advantage of everyone's time is so important.


When you are late, a few things will happen:
If you are late (within 15 minutes) and you let us know, you will be able to receive your full service only you will have the amount of minutes less than you were late.


If you are very late (more than 15 minutes) and do not even give notice, your appointment will be cancelled (you will be notified via text message) and it will be assumed that you did not come, your appointment will be cancelled without the right to use the deposit to reschedule the appointment, to book a new appointment you will need a new deposit.


ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:


Payments and deposits made electronically (Zelle, Cash App, Credit or Debit Cards, Square etc) will have taxes added to them.
